From March the 20th to the 23rd the second ELIXIR All Hands Meeting took place at the Barceló Aran Mantegna Hotel in Rome.
ELIXIR PT was represented by nine of its members, comprising of all four of its partner research institutions and CCMAR.
Overall ELIXIR PT was represented in all the events related with Work Packages 4, 5, 6, 7 and 11.

ELIXIR PT members were also directly responsible for several presentations:

• Célia Miguel presented the developments of the WP7 MIAPPE working group and gave a Flash talk on "Minimal Information About Plant Phenotyping, a metadata and ontology based data standard and its implementations".
• Mário J. Gaspar da Silva presented a flash talk in the Compute Workshop, on the ELIXIR PT Computing Services.
• Gianluca De Moro presented "Semi-synthetic data set construction for metagenomics pipeline assessment" in the Using ELIXIR Platforms for Marine Metagenomics: Poof of concept workshop.
